Cycling around Hang Zhou
By giving really reasonable fee (as low as FREE, if the renting period less than 1 hour), promoting more and more locals and foreigners strat to ride bicycle. This greatly reduce CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) emissions, and make them healthier by paddling the bicycle as physical excercise.
This will be the best practice for tourists who travel to Hang Zhou. It's very convenient and low cost.With bicycle, tourists can travel faster then on foot, mean time more detail than by taxi.

The bicycles parking at any one of over thousand Hang Zhou Public Bicycle Rental 'kiosks' (as shown above), by tapping I/C card (for locals) or Z-Card (for outsiders).
Obtaining a Z-Card
For Z-card (as shown below), it can be obtained by showing your passport, get ready RMB200 for deposite and RMB 100 for preloaded value at the HQ of the operator at Orioles Singing In The Willows Gate, which located west shore of West Lake, you are ready to get yourself a 2 wheels to move around.

So, did I said the fee is as low as FREE? Yes! You can start renting a bicycle from the station you get your Z-Card, as paddling your way to explore the city faster (as compare to walking around). If you happened to find another kiosk along your journey, you may return your bicycle there, and rent it again. By doing so, your rental period will be reset, and you have another 59 mins 59 secs to go on without being charged, continue for the next kiosk. At the end of the day, you pay nothing.
When it is time you may have to leave Hang Zhou, you can return your Z-Card to where you got it from, and the deposite amount of RMB200 and preloaded value of RMB100 will back in your wallet. Somehow if you cannot find any kiosk within 1 hour, maybe the kiosk is full or not operating, and your preloaded value is deducted, then you have to pay the deducted amount upon returning the Z-Card.
