By giving really reasonable fee (as low as FREE, if the renting period less than 1 hour), promoting more and more locals and foreigners strat to ride bicycle. This greatly reduce CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) emissions, and make them healthier by paddling the bicycle as physical excercise.
This will be the best practice for tourists who travel to Hang Zhou. It's very convenient and low cost.With bicycle, tourists can travel faster then on foot, mean time more detail than by taxi.

Towards Greener Hang Zhou

Government of Hang Zhou, Zhe Jiang is working very hard to keep their province and cities clean and green. This is something notable effort that should be praised. As so, citizens is happily being proposition to this "Green Movement" (I named it myself).
Around the city of Hang Zhou, there are ample of signboards, printed materials, banners contain slogan of evironmental movement, such as "being civilized, go green", "protect the environment, for better future", etc.
